The experience is different and the food is excellent. The service is usually friendly albeit slow sometimes. Gets quite busy. My only problem is that you get hungry only a couple of hours after having Shabu Shabu. I recommend making sure you order rice as a side to sustain you a bit longer View all feedback.

Perhaps I am spoiled in the US? I'd say the bright spot about this place is that its meat seems fresh. However, the meat portion is very small. Vegetable portion is even worse. In terms of service, one time, they didn't have plain rice, but only sushi rice (very sweet and sour). Honestly, it's ridiculous to offer sushi rice with shabu shabu.
