What Lauren Watts doesn't like about Panera Bread:
Just so everyone is aware. When you order a bagel here toasted and want anything on it, you're getting a plain toasted bagel in a bag with your butter/cream cheese etc in separate containers on the side. Rock hard butter from the fridge. I had to somehow assemble this bagel on my lap in my car. No where is it mentioned that they don't do anything to bagels except toast them. View all feedback.
