"Just had The Philadelphian sandwich. Corned beef, capicola ham, slaw, and melted muenster cheese on sourdough. Loved it and definitely one of the better deli sandwiches I've eaten. Will return on my next trip to Kent."

"The biggest con is that there were no descriptions which made it hard to choose a drink, and I felt really uncomfortable here with my kids despite the toys everywhere. Even though mention this was our first time here we were not offered any suggestions. The drinks were not as good as I’ve had at other places, but the girl at the counter was really sweet, and I think this would have been a better experience if I didn’t have kids with me and I knew exactly what I wanted. Another pro is that this place had TONS of options."

"I love hummus and falafel with pita. I could eat it all the time! which led me to try troy grille. their vegan options are clearly marked and have some dinge to choose. I decided to order the regular size side of spicy hummus, side of the falafel, and regular side of the aubergin shakshooka. I'm so glad I finally tried. everything was really delicious and tasteful. I ordered a blueberry limonade that I thought I could use a little more lemon and sugar, but was not bad. I will return for more. they currently have inside and outside seats, online ordering and takeout."

"Went for my birthday dinner and we had a party of five and received great service! As soon as there was a dirty dish our server cleared it which it is nice to not have a stack of dirty dishes at your table. Everyone enjoyed their food! I got the Beef Brisket"

"I wanted to write a message and say how friendly the staff was last night at 11:30 at night and very helpful. There wasn't any maple creme sticks so they filled and made some for us. Their donuts are the freshes I have ever had. Their apple fritters arethe best . This will be the only place I will come to get donuts. Thank you for your great customer service last night. Theysaid most nights they are open until 2:30 am."

"I am a professional in the area and I will never recommend this location to my peers or clients ever. Not only did the drivethru person treat me like an inconvenience, continuing to huff at me during the order and pick up conversations but he also completely screwed up the order, giving the wrong items and charging me for more items than I requested for. If a person does not want to genuinely help people and/or have some sort of people skills like this was missing in this person, then they should work in a profession without people contact. No level of good food is going to make me want to tolerate this kind of treatment. Will never return. I am leaving my old post so people can see the dramatic change. Today, I just gave this restaurant a second chance hoping this extended time gave the organization to address its hiring and training of adequate personnel. This has been achieved! I had a gentleman named Daone as the cashier. He not only was polite, kind, helpful and generous. He made sure the other staff made my sandwich as requested and insured it was all delivered to me perfectly. I also observed him waiting on many other customers after me as I dined in and saw he was consistent in his actions. He has turned my rating completely around and if I owned this establishment would promote him to a managerial position. Great people skills, follow through and integrity."
