Have been coming to Cat Sang for several years and it has always been amazing. Not anymore. The new ownership is ruining this once dependable gem of a restaurant. The service, pho (who's idea was it to change the broth recipe!? and prices are noticeably different (not in a good way . The experience is less than adequate now for what you're paying.
