Red Lobster - Kentwood

Delicious seafood at a fair price. Lobster and shrimp are my favorites. Managers and wait staff are top notch! Nice to find a restaurant that still knows how to provide excellent customer service. Brett and Erin are stand outs. Thanks for taking good care of our group.

My waiter Donnis did a great job, I recommend him if he's working. The food was excellent.

The service here was great. I do think the food was good but would prefer the Grandville location. For some reason the food was better over there. I ordered the snow crab legs. They come with 2 sides and of course those lovely cheddar bay biscuits

This is so disappointing!!! First time in 30 years for me to be dissatisfied. Empty hand sanitizer stations right when you walk in. Seated immediately but service was very slow for 3 in the afternoon. Soup was warm but far from hot. Finally got biscuits after our meal was served and asking for them. (That’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars, much smaller but still best thing) crab was fishy, scampi was not like any scampi I’ve ever got here before, essentially over cooked shrimp in a bowl of luke warm butter, not baked off as I remember. Broccoli was brown and mush. There was a woman bringing food out of the kitchen with her mask around her chin, I’m not a mask wearer but looked pretty bad.

The food was excellent, and since it was my birthday, my server surprised me with a dessert. I had the cheesecake, and it was really delicious!
