I ordered a large hand-tossed pizza, but received a thin and crispy one instead. When I called to address the issue, the person on the phone claimed he had made it himself and insisted it was hand-tossed. However, I pointed out that it was actually thin and crispy, with a crunchy and thin crust. He didn't seem to be bothered by my complaint and simply apologized. View all feedback.
