This dining experience was unlike any other I have had. I arrived for an early dinner and took the staff's recommendation to order the chicken tikka masala. The dish arrived on a metal plate with rice, a cold lentil mash, a overly sweet raita, and a simple shredded salad with a standard mustard dressing on the side.
