Just order the pork roll available on Thursday and supposedly for the weekend, but usually at midnight Thursday. Otherwise, it is a simple restaurant that is mainly aimed at grilled meat and takeaway.

I never had such good Greek food ever! Famous atmosphere supplied by such friendly staff. The best place to have great Greek food in Gouvia and Corfu.

If you are looking for wonderful, authentic, slowly cooked meat, go and see George. The place may not look fancy and the service may not be fast, but that is not what you are for. I regularly travel to Corfu and eat two or three times there. My favorite is the pig bell. Do not worry if you are vegetarian.

The one really Greek tavern in the city. Very good in quality and taste. I love the original atmosphere in the front part of the restaurant. But in the backyard it is also really nice and more "tourist" guests.

I ate in on my own. Lots of takeout through the window onto the street. Charcoal spit of chicken, pork, lamb turning constantly. Polite cat, didn’t beg too much. Very tasty food. Yes that’s a slab of feta cheese on top of a Greek salad the size of a double bed!
