Very nice and friendly property, a strategic position in the middle of Lanka natural port. The largest selection of drinks ever seen, a very special selection of gin... and more! Perfect place for a breakfast, a brunch or another evening to late at night. Very recommended View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Harbour Lights:
We wanted to have a few drinks here, the bar had plenty of alcohol, but there was no cocktail or alcoholmenu. We asked and the waitress told us we can't have cocktails here. Don't know if we were there on a bad day or if that is normal. View all feedback.
