Just moved to Barrie and was on the hunt for a place to call my local Chinese.
Was really disappointed with the quality of the foodI ordered Dinner for 4I found everything to be way too salty for my tastes.
The best chinese food ever!! we always buy the dinner for one meals (and sub the pop for extra egg roll) it is enough for two meals!! Price is great and

"I visited Nawab for their lunch buffet and was ecstatic to see the clearly labeled vegan items on their menu. Unfortunately, this is not the case for their buffet, but the staff were very friendly and willing to accommodate me. The chef walked me through the entire buffet and pointed out each item that was vegan. Buffet was 11 total. Definitely will visit again for dinner."

"66 brisket sandwich was amazing. The brisket had a good crisp but not to the point that made it too tough to eat in a sandwich and the sauce was sweet and savory with a touch of spice that gave it a hint of an edge. You know so those of us who are a little past the age of spice still can really enjoy this magnificent humongous sandwich. My husband truly enjoyed his Chicken BBQ Flatbread. He said that the taste was very worth stopping on our way through to our destination. Our server Jennifer was very hospitable. She answered all of our questions, joked around with us a bit, and truly made our visit a wonderful time. I would definitely make this a place to go. We'd go back for sure."

"The food was okay but the service was AWFUL. The lady at the front had a very bad attitude, I had to speak first for her to even acknowledge I had walked in (I was the only customer) when I was clearly looking at the menu she goes “are you going to place an order?”. And everything I tried to order they were “out” of. There were only two people in the back cooking. No hair nets or gloves. I only got chicken and spring rolls, apparently that was all they had. The food was cooked well and tasted good. I suppose that’s the upside. Remember to look at WHEN the good reviews were posted. This place is not the same."

"This is a quirky little place. Not a massive selection of beer on tap but have a lot of craft beer in coolers inside. The decor is kind of a hodge podge between signs, lights, and fabrics. They do have a lot of live music on the weekends and have a large stage area and outside seating. On Monday nights they have live bluegrass music which is something you don't find a lot in the Triad. My biggest issue is there's one particular bartender that is usually working that is not very personable, other than that a nice spot to stop in."
