Very nice local steakhouse Locally owned Beautiful selection of steaks on view with a well thought-out menu.
I'm pretty sure the prime rib at OutWest Steakhouse in Kernersville was the best I've ever had (at least, at the time of writing this review).

"This is a quirky little place. Not a massive selection of beer on tap but have a lot of craft beer in coolers inside. The decor is kind of a hodge podge between signs, lights, and fabrics. They do have a lot of live music on the weekends and have a large stage area and outside seating. On Monday nights they have live bluegrass music which is something you don't find a lot in the Triad. My biggest issue is there's one particular bartender that is usually working that is not very personable, other than that a nice spot to stop in."
