Brisket tastes like it?s been reused or reheated. To much fat on brisket. Sauce is really watery. Yuck! I?ve lived here for years in Kerrville. I thought why not give it another shot? Nope same dry fatty brisket. My go to now is True Texas BBQ at HEB.Brisket is by far much tender and moist. read more.
