I haven't eaten at Cicis for a long time. When I did today, I was pleasantly surprised. The salad was great, but the pizza was even better. Usually there is not enough sauce on them, but it was delicious, not hard and tasteless. View all feedback.

The pizza was pretty good flavor wise. However I'm sad I ordered and paid for two stuffed crust pizzas to go and when I got home realized they were thin crust instead :/Thin crust is the opposite of stuffed crust View all feedback.

From San Antonio to Kerrville CiCi is for me... salad bar. This, not so much, but still good fresh food.
