"My husband and I just ate dinner at Rails. From the wine (Moscato) to the appetizer (Spinach Artichoke Dip) to the salad (Caprese) to the Crab Stuffed Flounder and the Beef Marsala everything was wonderful! For dessert we shared the Lemon Berry Cake and it was awesome! Our server, Ariel, was very friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel special. I would highly recommend this restaurant."

"Went in at 9:45 after a long day of driving to the area for vacation. Was told when we entered to have a sit down meal we close the lobby at 10PM and you will have to leave if you are not done with your food Really I don 't have a problem with closing at10 but I have never been anywhere where we 're ask to leave at 10. Waht is the world of service coming to. I guess on the brightside they did tell me before I ordered. So the only reason they got 1 star is because I could not give zero."

It was one of those round tables that were folded to make a square, and this caused less space under the table for us to feel comfortable."

"Monica at Schlotzsky’s SAVED THE DAY! We needed 30 sandwiches to feed our baseball team in very little time and notice. We had called other sandwich shops in Kerrville to place the order and we’re told they didn’t have enough staff to fill the order in our time frame and told they didn’t have enough bread ready to fill our order. When I called Schlotzsky’s and talked to Monica she reassured me they could fill the order within our timeframe and THEY DID!!!! She is an angel and our team is beyond thankful for the service they gave us."
