I broke down here last week which was very stressful but Andrei was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to try to sort the problem, and then when it was clear that it was beyond immediate repair he was very kind and supportive whilst I waited for the recovery vehicle. The restaurant and its rooms are wheelchair accessible and thus usable with a wheelchair or physiological disabilities.

What Alastair Thorpe doesn't like about Bp:
Incredibly unhelpful cashier, wouldn't authorise use of the adblue pump for my van. Apparently hgv only. Came up with some excuse about the nozzle being different (lie) as I have used these pumps at other stations with no issues on my commercial vehicle. If this is some policy they operate, then clear signage would be helpful read more.

A visit to Bp is particularly valuable due to the comprehensive variety of coffee and tea specialties.
