The restaurant was Littered with food upstairs was also dirty tables full of crumbs. The floor was full of food on it, the place was just not clean. I wouldn't told the manager that upstairs was dirty, she said to me. Oh, sorry, it was supposed to be shut, and that no one supposed to be going upstairs.
