"Food was so fresh and flavorful, totally unexpected for a gas station stop. This has authentic flavor and made right in front of you. Strong tastes but not too spicy or salty. Guacamole is free of charge for vegetarian burritos but the guac is so good, worth the extra charge. Service was very kind and accommodating. Will be back!"

"I WILL CHANGE MY REVIEW TO 5 stars if management responds! Nice people and okay food and prices. Nice open space to wait while your car charges. BUT DO BETTER, CHALIO'S MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!-over salted food (especially the enchilada sauce) will discourage folks with sodium issues-maintain restrooms better! Urinal nonoperative and toilet seat broken (nice and clean though)-offer us plates and metal cutlery so we can eat like civilized people, not refugees. -No chips and salsa? Really? Please do better!!!!"

"Rude and incompetent cashier. Dishonest food handler. First, no gloves were used. We odered 7 tacos but he was trying to hand us 6 even though my son and I were standing in front of him counting how many he made the whole time. Insulting because knew even while fumbling on the 6th taco that the kitchen left out an order of tortillas (brought from back) to assemble the last one. He had the audacity to tell us our 7 tacos were ready. Unbelievable. At best mediocore flavor wise and pricey. Don't bother with this place, there is a taco bell right across the street."

"There are so many other places in Avenal to eat that are in my opinion better than P Rs Donuts. The chinese food is mediocre. The donuts are sometimes stale and honestly, I am all about positive vibes and positive people and here unfortunately there are days that service is with a smile and days where they don't care to loose you as a customer. Sadly the closest other chinese food or donuts is 45 minutes away, don't recommend this place for food or donuts."
