While most staff members are friendly and accommodating, some service inconsistencies, such as delays during busy hours and unwelcoming attitudes, have marred experiences. Nonetheless, overall impressions are overwhelmingly positive, with the venue receiving high marks for its ambiance, attentive service, and stunning views, making it a recommended destination for both dining and celebrations.
