Met friends who live in Plettenberg Bay for lunch. From arriving, the welcome host was bubbly. Our waitress Big Mama ,what can I say, fantastic,friendly,quickly had a few jokes with he. The most incredible location. Unfortunately our experience was tainted by one meal being completely forgotten. Ten people and they brought nine meals out. Happened to be the birthday girls meal too. A drink order was also forgotten; why management doesn’t get the waiters to use a pen and paper is beyond me. Food slightly overpriced too, but you’re passing for the setting, i guess.
