"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Supervisor didn’t actually want to speak with me, I had to ask TWICE while she stood there just looking over at me. Last THREE VISITS my food order has not been right or has been missing items!!! I had to travel back up after getting a cheeseburger this time when it was supposed to be the two cheese signature burger. The fact they throw away the wrong food they give out instead of saying it’s their mess up just keep it is incredibly tacky. On top of that we ordered a triple bacon backyard burger and THAT also wasn’t right!! No onion rings, they can’t even get their own ingredients right on their own signature sandwiches?? Lol what a joke. We spend a minimum $30 every visit here for our family to indulge. I will NEVER eat at this DQ location again. They need better training and better management!!!"
