Great seafood, very fresh. Very crowded. Somewhat pricey, even compared to other places in pricey Key Largo. Would go back.

"We jet skied to Tavernier and looked for a dockside place to eat lunch. Luckily What the Fish Rolls was open. Alex the owner was very helpful and explained the entire menu to us with his lovely Italian accent. The menu was fantastic for what we 're looking for. Seafood was the main topic starting with lobster rolls and fish tacos. We had some ceviche, lobster rolls, pork sandwich, mahi sandwich and shrimp calamari. It turned out to be a fantastic set of dishes. I 'm getting hungry just talking about it. YUMM! We also got to sit outside with a canal view and you can pull your boat up right to the location, so it 's very convenient for boaters. There is no indoor seating cuz the place is so small. You can even get whole lobsters there if you want. I 'm giving this place five stars which I rarely give because the service from the owner was just so special."

"I understand there are two locations, this is for the original Mrs Macs. Out of a huge menu, the only veggie options was a veggie sandwich and the veggie burger. We ate there as a family member wanted to eat there and indeed the burger was quite good. I don't think this place should be listed as vegetarian friendly. Be warned."

"Breakfast was very good. Packed house at 10 am on Saturday. Note that the rear room had large parties and the middle section had comfortable cabins. We sat at the counter, so many seats offered. Service was fast and friendly. English and Spanish, no surprise. Our eggs and sides were delicious. Lunch menu looked great. I'll be back."
