"I understand there are two locations, this is for the original Mrs Macs. Out of a huge menu, the only veggie options was a veggie sandwich and the veggie burger. We ate there as a family member wanted to eat there and indeed the burger was quite good. I don't think this place should be listed as vegetarian friendly. Be warned."

"Breakfast was very good. Packed house at 10 am on Saturday. Note that the rear room had large parties and the middle section had comfortable cabins. We sat at the counter, so many seats offered. Service was fast and friendly. English and Spanish, no surprise. Our eggs and sides were delicious. Lunch menu looked great. I'll be back."

"We jet skied to Tavernier and looked for a dockside place to eat lunch. Luckily What the Fish Rolls was open. Alex the owner was very helpful and explained the entire menu to us with his lovely Italian accent. The menu was fantastic for what we 're looking for. Seafood was the main topic starting with lobster rolls and fish tacos. We had some ceviche, lobster rolls, pork sandwich, mahi sandwich and shrimp calamari. It turned out to be a fantastic set of dishes. I 'm getting hungry just talking about it. YUMM! We also got to sit outside with a canal view and you can pull your boat up right to the location, so it 's very convenient for boaters. There is no indoor seating cuz the place is so small. You can even get whole lobsters there if you want. I 'm giving this place five stars which I rarely give because the service from the owner was just so special."

"Nice little restaurant with interesting decors that offer indoor and outdoor seating. Conch is definitely their specialty. Overall, the food is quite good had a chance to try a fair variety of the appetizer through the sampler. The conch fritters are nicely done. The sauce is excellent. Don't have to wait long to get the food. The food is definitely a 4 or 5 star rating. The service is so so, particularly the younger server. She seemed to be constantly dazed out even when trying to get her attention multiple times to get the order in. Maybe she has designated tasks that don't include taking orders, serving food or bringing the drinks while the other server has to do everything. Also a bit of issue with food hygiene since a guy was doing a bunch of cleaning chores around the restaurant, including the garbage. Not sure he washed his hand after doing these chores before handling food and drinks. Guess a bit of germs build up your immunity. The food is definitely worth a try I could just be having a bad day in my one visit."

"Excellent Bratbeef sandwich!!! Bonus, in Key Largo there are cocks chilling in the parking lot because obviously that is what cocks do in the Florida Keys... Also it was super clean and cashiers were very friendly and efficient."
