What User doesn't like about Hard Rock Cafe Key West:
We have eaten here before and loved it but this time was VERY different! Service was horrible, most of the food brought to our table was wrong (not what we ordered), our waitress did not check on us at all for refills or to even make sure the food was correct. Good Service, Good Pizza. Unlike many of the local joints in town (read my review of Grand café across the street from Hard Rock, management and staff are trained to provide a standard of service that sets the bar (pun? in any Hard Rock across the country. The staff was attentive, friendly, and prompt. My food was delicious. Skip the two restaurants across the street grand café and Caroline's Even though large chains like Hard Rock may seem a bit generic when you're on vacation you know you'll receive a certain level of service and food quality.
