This specific McDonald's is situated in Keser, West Virginia, known as the friendliest city in the USA. To be honest, they truly live up to that reputation because the staff at this restaurant is incredibly pleasant. They all deserve a salary increase, especially the employee who serves the food! I appreciate them asking if I wanted whipped cream on my Shamrock Shake (which I did) :D View all feedback.

I ordered a HOT Fresh Large Fry and the workers gave me soggy Fries that had been sitting on the rack. They did not make fresh fries like I ordered.

The young one in the driveway went through forever to take my order, I had to repeat it and as soon as we got into the window, we had to wait for him to finish the sms before we could pay. I never have a good experience here.
They cant nothing right twice they have messed my order up when it is the simplest thing they need people that can actually run the place
I buy quick break and it's always hot they have very nice employees.
