We were served excellent Indian food for lunch. The Nan was amazing and lovely butter chicken. Try the lamb too. The restaurant shuts at 6.30pm so go before that. View all feedback.
What Nick Nienow doesn't like about Indian Pavilion:
is it indian or pakistani restaurant...food is expensive that we can get, but the amount is less compare with other Indian hotels around vienna..i ordered thali first, but that was not sufficient then ordered plate of samosas it was ard euro. the samosas. were so tiny my children began to laugh when they saw the size. that was my first and last experience here, although we stayed close to this restaurant. Since none of the other restaurants in the nasty market really caught us, we thought we would choose a safe option: curries are always good, right? not here. Bish tasty huh dhansak and mattar disc cleaner but quite a few problems. we were torn to finish by...the waiter tables away as we were eaten, then swallowed like a blew on our empty plates; the Chutney tablet was kept harmful and cutlery was not clean; fish tikka was plastic, like the poppadome. and color too expensive for what it was. go somewhere else!
It looks as if Pakistani restoration food is too oily and inadvertent, they test less restuarnt just for money. expensive and poor ambience not worth
We had the most friendly service possible, the owner offered to make a dish for us, even if it was not on the menu. the resulting butter chicken, exactly after our taste, was absolutely delicious. the owner is charming and chatting and our meal in this...restaurant remains one of the highlights of our warm vacation. thanks to the staff of the Indian pavillion.
The vegetarian plate was really good. I’d go back any time. Also, the place is tiny and charming and the owner is really nice.
Far too late arrived, watch always showed something different, portion for the price ridiculous.
