Overall services was fantastic..... every thing was fine except crockery items....it should be bone china cups to serve tea that were before .... thanks

The rooms were so clean and tidy the staff was also very good and treated so well. Thier service ,food and all were good , Evan the washrooms were also near and clean. I also met the manager Mr Rahul Sachdeva who was very kind ,polite and cheerful man

We had our lunch here, we ordered veg cutlet and fried rice with veg raita and lassi, the food was good. They can work upon the hospitality part but overall I would recommend this place.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. The washrooms were very neat and clean.They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre. So I would like to give some reviews about the Manager Mr Rahul Sachdeva and Team. Very Hardworking, polite and decent. Have a complete control on his team and manage things in no time.

Pathetic Food served by the restaurant. This place is named Haveli but this is not 1% of any Haveli chain, it's nakli Haveli. We had a stop there and ordered food and they were having a self-service concept, after the order food was completely without salt and when we complained about it they said you can add salt as per your wish and gave us salt in a bowl. This was a surprise and they said we don't add salt to food, and they refused to replace it. Never ever go there. This place is a scam. Thanks so much
