What Poonchana T likes about Masa Otaru Masazushi:
Fish are very fresh and are of good taste but fish selection and ingredients are quite basic. I wish they didn’t torched my Otoro though, personally I think it ruins the flavor of the “fresh” Otoro. We had the THB 8,000 premium set, and the highlights were only Kegani crab and the Ankou. Very average Omakase The ingredients are fairly fresh, but nothing special. Cream soup To be honest, it tastes almost the same as instant soup.
