"Stopped in on a Tuesday evening (5pm). Was greeted immediately, sat down at the table... then waited. Finally took our order.. then waited for over 30 minutes before being asked how 's everything tonight? .. I asked about our order, and was told, one minute I 'll go check . I had observed multiple other customers get their orders during this time, most of which had ordered after I had placed my order. The young man came back w an apology a complementary appetizer.. sorry but we are really busy tonight. he was doing all he could, but the store was being poorly managed. It looked as though it was several high school kids doing their best to run things. Needless to say, I thanked them for their effort, but the order was still not close to being prepared, so we left. Not planning on going back anytime soon."
