The Happy Bar is a Bulgarian restaurant chain with a concept between Vapiano and classic bistro. Nice controls, cheap prices and a card with plenty of choice. Basically, everything tastes good to very good. Bilingual maps (Bulgarian-English) are now standard. Who wants to go for food and drink without experiments in Ruse is absolutely right here.
