"Wow! Our whole food was amazing and service was great! They were decent, but every aspect was perfect. We ordered a variety, but included a burger, a BLT, steak tacos, wings, cheese curds and the truffle friars. Everything was delicious, well presented and came out in a great time. We also ordered the cheese cake from frosted and filled, probably the best cheese cake I've ever had!! 10/10, would recommend everyone."

"This was the first time I ate at this chain restaurant though I first heard about it 20+ years ago. I worked at a non chain Japanese Steakhouse in the suburbs of Milwaukee and I must say the quality of the food at Ichiban did not compare! My veggies were burnt, too much garlic and soy sauce in the fried rice, the shrimp appetizer was overcooked tough and chewy, and my scallops were over salted as well. My husband said the sushi was decent. The filet mignon did not have that buttery smooth texture and taste that I remember from the Hibachi grill. It had an odd texture, although the flavor was good. I was so excited to bring my kids to a restaurant like the one I had worked at from age 14 and into my early 20s when home from college. Overpriced for sure! Don 't think we will be back. The only bright spot was the show by the chef."

"I love happy joes. it's my favorite pizza. especially her taco pizza with her sharp joe’s sauce it is so delicious. they make their pizza in 1/4 so they can get 4 different types all on a single pizza. they have great employees. they treat every birthday with great meaning. I would always like to recommend this place with 5 stars. great job happy Joe's!!!!...now you just have to expand. I live all the way in colorado (iowa raised) and miss the pizza so much that I stop every time in the city. thanks for the best taco pizza there!"

"Let us start by saying we're happy that there was a vegan pizza on the menu. However, that is the only vegan option on the menu during our visit (Sept 2021). The restaurant has a clever menu, and I think they could develop more vegan options. It's the type of place you would expect something fun and unique. It is a seasonal menu so perhaps this was the only option at the time of our visit. They did offer a vegan chocolate cake at the time which was unexpected"
