The food is delicious, and the ambiance of Milk Island is serene and lovely.
If they are able to make the cassoulet with truffle sauce without it tasting bland, it is almost like a miracle. I was even allowed to add extra salt.
The food at this restaurant is excellent, and the overall ambiance is fantastic. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating.
