Johnny's Ozark is probably the best fried chicken place in Longview. It's a bit more expensive, but the quality makes it worthwhile. Their sides are also really good. I recommend the baked beans, as they manage to be tasty, but not overwhelmingly sweet. Their potato salad is also good quality. Though, if you get that, be aware that the portions are pretty small.
