"Lobby is at the 4th floor. Wheel chair accessible. No welcome drinks. Staff are friendly. Rooms are fairly maintained but not 100% sanitized. Bring lysol wipes if you can. The restaurant is small and ambience is ok but the breakfast buffet is standard and similar to food you would buy from a carenderia. The Pool is more a small lap pool and preferably for kids. Next to that is the gym which is available to guests but the area is small probably 4 to 5 max working out comfortably. Upside is it's next to Centrio Mall, Robinsons and if your willing to go SM mall which is 10 to 15 min walk from Seda."

"Your food tastes great, packed with taste, budget-friendly and service is very fast. I love their salt and pepper ribs! The only problem I have with her restaurant is, most of the time, her food is extinguished with oil. You can see too much oil on the service plate. I would add another star if they allow their fried food to drip first on a wire frame or to put on paper towel before serving."

"You have a great Pinoy menu perfect for getting together and the family. We ordered Slav at the time, but the fish warns that fresh as it was almost 8pm."
