The restaurant is stunning, with beautiful stone accents. There is always a vegan option available, and today it was a delicious falafel sandwich on excellent ciabatta bread. The food was tasty, but the vegan options were quite limited. They do offer soy milk though.

Mugshot has been catering to vegans for a longer period compared to most restaurants. Despite their popular "Wanted Wednesdays" specials, there is always a nice option available for vegans.

I had lunch at this restaurant today. The vegan special of the day was Butternut risotto, which was delicious and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was clean and inviting, with a charming outdoor courtyard. The server was friendly, helpful, and quite humorous. In addition to the daily vegan special, there were several vegan salads available, and there was a sign outside indicating that every Wednesday is dedicated to vegan/vegetarian options. There was a good selection of herbal teas, which I regretted not trying. Although my soy latte was not quite up to my high standards (I have yet to find a satisfactory coffee in the UK or Ireland), I would gladly eat here again and highly recommend this restaurant.

I regret not trying the selection of desserts. My soy latte was good, although not quite up to my high coffee standards (which have yet to be met in Britain or the United Kingdom). Overall, I would love to dine here again and highly recommend it.
