Now I remember why I never come here. Staff running Drive Thru have no training. Whoever was helping the delivery truck just stood around with their hands in their pockets sneering at drivers. Myself included. And apparently they either stopped offering the free perks or, as I said, the untrained staff don 't know how to. Very badly run store. Don 't go here. View all feedback.
Extremely clean and organized naturally the donuts was fresh and I am a great iced tea drinker and the tea was fresh and made to order absolutely wonderful experience
I get it that Covid has put everyone in a very difficult situation. I would suggest if you're willing to be open to make sure you're staffed properly and ready to come through in the clutch. I sat in line along with many others for 25 minutes. The drive thru access is very confusing for most making the flow even worse. It's small and tight for a large truck or SUV. The iced coffee was the saving grace for not receiving a 1 star review.

We went on a Sunday during the summer, so it was very crowded. However they had about 15 people working there, so it moved quickly. The workers were very nice, helpful, and polite.
Long lines on the drive thru. People go in the lane and set their orders.
