What User likes about Fuji Japanese Steakhouse:
Delicious sushi. Our waitress was great. My only complaint was how rude a male member of the wait staff was to the sushi chef. I guess he forgot to add something to a plate. That to me did not make it okay to chew him out in front of a bar full of customers. Very unprofessional on the waiter's part. I suppose he could have been a manager helping to deliver food. Either way, unprofessional to do in front of customers. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Fuji Japanese Steakhouse:
It's a little too small so people were squeezed in and the server had to re-ask about the order like 10 times but the food is good. Quite honestly hibachi as a whole just isn't my style. So expensive for some fried rice and steak/chicken/shrimp. Theflare and performance is nice but not worth the increased cost imo. As a restaurant it's good and if you like hibachi stylefood then it's great! It's just not for me View all feedback.
