"Beautiful savoury and sweet pancakes. There was 7 of us in for pancakes. Service was quick and efficient. It was our sons birthday and he got his pancake with a candle and a rendition of happy birthday. He was thrilled. Great spot!!"

"We had no restaurant inKillarney reserved and on Sunday night most were booked. Luckily we got a table in Murphy Brownes, which should turn out to be a good choice. The reception and service were very friendly. We started with an excellent goat cheese tart which was perhaps decorated with a little too much crema from the Balsamico, but could otherwise convince the little salad had a correct dressing. As the main food we took the Cajun Lachs salad and went out of smoked salmon. However, it was a diverse mixed salad, also with a good dressing, and a fried salmon fillet where the cooking point was exactly hit and that was neither too dry nor too glazed, and it was excellently seasoned. A Guinness to the stand and a Chardonbay accompanied the good food. We had not booked a restaurant in Killarney and on Sunday evening most were fully booked. luck we were able to get a table at Murphy Brownes, which turned out to be a good choice. The reception and service were very friendly. "Lovely friendly hotel. Very warm greeting at check-in. Staff were very friendly, but also professional. Breakfast and dinner were delicious both days. Room was great, with a huge bathroom. I would highly recommend The Killarney Royal Hotel!"
