"I come to the point as this is not the first time that I have to deal with this particular institution. My daughter ordered 6 people through the door. The delivery was an option for medical reasons. The order comes and it goes through it and realizes that not only articles are missing, but some of the articles are wrong. Now she has spent near $100, a refund will not be a family of 6. So they and my husband went to see if they would only give them the missing items. She didn't want the refund, she didn't even want to correct the wrong items, she just wanted the missing food so the rest of the family could eat. There were two managers, but all they did was excuses for why they couldn't. They told her that she would have to put the door in contact so that she could do something about it. So she stays in the lobby and makes this call before them. Door Dash says they won't do this and that they would refund the money for the missing items. She explains she's here and everything she wants is the missing items. Now I have read both guidelines for both companies, and yes Do Dash treats refunds, but why could the managers not only give her the food she ordered? It is not door disc that makes the food and ensures that the order is correct. So if I thru the drive and order through your app and you screw up, I'm probably going through your app and have it repaired? No, you would correct your mistake, but with another business that gives you a free handling of customers. So, all the way around and going back and forth, this Fiasko took a few hours. The rest of the food was cold and due to the attitudes of the managers made my own daughter, who also works in customer service, question why should she go out their way to provide the best service possible if others don't? Oh, and contact with the collaboration is a joke as we have gone this route in the past and everything I get is an email that I will be contacted.... yes, right...."

"The WORST ! WAITED FOR 20 MINUTES AND NO HELP SO MANY WORKING BUT no assistant. The women at the pick up window had no What's so so ever customer service she had an attitude and not even a smile nor a thank you for the satisfaction for the our visit . to my understanding if you aint like your job quit because that can vibe and attitude makes the whole team like that.. Where the team effort the leadership because who ever ia managing that place is no good to carry a title of a manager . ! That qoukdn be a rush like that if they didn't make us wait at the intercom so long to get our orders . that is the most sickest customer service I had ever encounter with McDonald. I hate hvim to pick up a door dash and it's for that location as a paying customer I wouldn't ever waste my time"

"I always try to get the regular cheeseburger at the first time when I visit somewhere. if they don't have enough pride on their eating to make a simple cheeseburger good, I don't want to try their specificity. billy bob didn't disappoint. that was my first time at billy bob and I'm back, remembering what freddy's or smashburgers promise (but never deliver) just better. the patty has this crispy outer, while still moist and tasty. burger had exactly the right amount of strokes and seasoning. a note on the side. do not get the big ones unless they have no week or help a small group. it must have been 2 pounds of perfectly boiled perpetrator darts in the bag. the menu is quite large, which always surprises me when the quality is continuous. However, if the regular old cheeseburger is any note, the specificities must be amazing. Overall, it is a great little burger joint and I will definitely be back to try out the specialties."

"Worst service...they got my entire order wrong, then I had to drive all the way back with the wrong food which they threw in trash.. Still had to wait for order...then they put entire 20 piece in one container, had to ask for the brownies twice that they also forgot...all while watching manager, staff joking and playing around while people have been waiting 40 minutes for their order.......as you can see garlic parm are basically reg boneless...some just have some parmesan on top...definitely no garlic at all.. SO FRUSTRATING AND DISAPPOINTING"
