"Went to Malarkeys a couple of weeks ago for my partners birthday and I can highly recommend! The menu is has a great twist on good Irish food. I had the monkfish and it was the best I have ever had! The vegetables and potatoes served with it were perfectly cooked and the corn on the cob was a lovely addition on the place. Portions were generous, but the taste of everything was simply exquisite. Siobhan was absolutely brilliant and very tentative ensuring we were ok for everything. I had contacted her prior to arrival about organising birthday candles on a dessert and she was most helpful. If you looking for good, fresh Irish food, perfectly prepared, look no further. It's clear that the chef has a passion for his cooking. Thanks to all at Malarkey's and we will definitely be back."

"We visited the opposite, we were aware of some great names local restaurants, but by chance on this well established seafood restaurant by coincidence. what an unpredictable sound. a really nice culinary experience, a well-guided floor under the leadership of the owner and his wife, who looked after a well-trained and closely trained staff, all of which were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. the choice of food was excellent, mainly meeresfruit, but not exclusively so. we had chicken and monk main courses, both very recommended. cute were seasonal, well presented and free to the main dishes. Apparently, this restaurant has been operating since 2006 and can be known before location, but perhaps under the radar of more aggressive marketed alternatives regarding visitors. be in no doubt, this beautiful restaurant beats its weight with each of the alternatives at the upper end of the local competition. the prices were by no means exaggerated for the excellent experience and a special praise for the pianist who played discreetly and very pleasantly during our visit. a wonderful memory and highly recommended."

"It's quite a drive up from Killarney but well worth it with a few photo stops on the way , amazing lakes . Ladies View has incredible views and if the weather is good you can really appreciate the mountains , lakes and some deer which were very close to us at the parking lot. There is quite a bit of parking and most tourists don't stay long. We enjoyed some coffee while we enjoyed the views. There is an upstairs deck as well which is great for warmer days. There is also a gift shop on site"
