"An odd place. They have high chairs but no baby change and nothing for kids so very difficult to entertain a toddler when you have to wait 1 hr 20 for your meal!! The portions were enormous! The kids meal was enough for 3 people! The food was scorching hot (better than cold) but I really think porton sizes need to come down a bit along with the price! The mash was a bit nasty but the rest of the food showed promise. The vegetables were cooked nicely whilst still having firmness and crunch. The sticky date was a fantastic dessert but the apple crumble was nothing like an apple crumble should be. The filling was runny and the 'crumble ' was more like a coconut biscuit. "I was a regular customer. I have an allergy to garlic and onion and always ask for. They have gotten this wrong twice. First time they were empathetic. time on they weren’t. In fact the blamed me and didn’t believe me and offered...a rice. I spoke with both owners who didn’t care about the customer and only their money. When I called to inform them I had to take days off work and have been violently ill for days there was no compassion. I am disgusted especially when we spend weekly there. They have lost valuable customers and their customer service and empathy for customers is shot. I will never be back. Especially when they can’t get their orders consistent. They said they need to see the food to see if I was lying."
