This Red Rooster is very well presented,it is clean and the staff are very helpful,friendly and courteous,I had a classic roast to eat in ,and the serving size was very generous,and it was cooked great,not smothered in gravy like some do,it was bought out to me by a smiling very friendly waitress ,the same waitress ,as I was leaving said have a nice day,again with a big smile,for a fast food place exceptional. What User doesn't like about Red Rooster:
I visited this Red Rooster with my family on the way up to Healesville Sanctuary. It was 11am and the place was pretty empty with only one car in front of us in the drive thru. 10 minutes later we were still waiting and it turned out the car in front was waiting too. My partner went inside and staff laughed when they realised they didn't have the microphone on. Food was cold and had been sitting for a while. Very bad... View all feedback.
