"My wife and I ate here on 03-15-21. We ordered the Gator balls as an appetizer. They were lukewarm on the outside and cold on the inside. Our bartender/waiter, James, was very nice. He returned the appetizer for a reorder. The second appetizer was not that much warmer, but we didn't return it. For our meal, my wife had a burger and I had the shrimp po boy. My wife's burger patty was lukewarm and the bun was cold. My po boy was a very good size with lots of shrimp, but the shrimp were lukewarm and the bun was cold. A disappointing visit since we've eaten here before and the food has always been good and hot. Reservations about going back."

"Came here for my wife?s birthday because we heard from a friend the steaks are good. A little pricey, but completely worth it. The steaks were fantastic, some of the best we?ve had. The side portions are fairly large. We traveled over an hour to come hereand will definitely be back!"

"4/24/22 arrived at 12:21pm. Church crowd was already there. There were 2 of us and we were seated with 8 minutes. We were seated in what looked like an add-on area. There was a table of around 18 when we first arrived. As the minutes passed, more and more people joined. Probably around 30 by this time. Our waitress was working their table and ours. The lady that seated us told us our waitress had the large table and we were okwith that. The lady that also seated us got our drinks for us. Our waitress was great. Even with the ever multiplying number of folks, she did her best to get our food quickly. We both ordered the crawfish half and half. Crawfish Etoufee and a generous side helping of fried crawfish with toasted bread. The food was great. Would definitely eat here again because of the food. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because of the noise level in the added on area. It was so loud, I couldn't carry on a conversation with my boyfriend was 15 away from me. The noise was deafening. I'm sure adding some acoustical panels would help with that."

"In the last time. Tater-Tarts smelled and tasted fishy, they said and suggested to change their fat. they offered me an order of cettes. from the same fat! I mean, I appreciate the offer, but... really? order usweet tea. I have sweet tee. 2 days in succession! ordered a maishund and specified 4 senf packs please have zero senf. they simply cannot get something right out of any reason. more training? better employment practices? identically disappointed."

"My husband had a double meat cheese6urger. It was very good and so big he brought half home. I had a plate lunch (ponce, rice gravy, cabbage, bread, and strawberry cake). it was excellent! I also purchased a pork loin, cracklings, and pork skins. Everything was delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. Stop by and pick up some meat for the freezer and grab a bite while you are there. You won't regret it."

"I love Mexican food and this little spot did not disappoint! The service was prompt and friendly. The salsa and chips were plentiful and the salsa was tasty. The homemade flour tortillas that came with the tacos al carbón' were excellent! An added bonus! Don't hesitate to stop in!"
