No hate at all to Herbert Boudin but I I’ve worked for this company personally. THE CRACKLINS ARE NO LONGER COOKED AT ANY LOCATION. Every thing is precooked then sent out to all locations. Not all bad boudin comes from Texas. Herbert’s in Kinder has overpriced poor quality Boudin. The casings are undercooked, meat stuffing is poorly seasoned and the rice has crunchy undercooked parts. View all feedback.
Got some boudin and some cracklins. Excellent as always.
Absolutely horrible customer service! Employee closed the store 30 minutes early and is sitting behind the counter milking the clock.
