First time here we had a couple of bagel sandwiches. Mine was lox cream cheese on an everything bagel. Very good. Second time here I was seen but ignored while I stood at the counter. Ordered hot breakfast sandwiches and a hot drink $24) on a 32 degree morning at 7:39 am and was informed my order would be ready at 8:14am. I arrived 5 minutes early and found my order placed outside on a table. The order had clearly been ready for awhile because the sandwiches and the drink were cold. Why would you do this?
