"We use to love stackers Pancake House but since the owners changed the place has gone to the dumps!!! It took over 45 minutes to get our breakfast, that I surely would of been better to make it at home. We only had eggs and tomatoes and bacon and toast, also the staff use to go around serving coffee and water refills and now they don't. It's a shame that such a great restaurant was ruined. I tried this restaurant 2x since new owners and it's not any better than first visit.. not going there anymore."

"I am regular to Tim’s. At almost every other Tim’s I have experienced a wonderful service, atmosphere and loving staff, until today, I stopped by at this Tim Hortons with my family. The staff is very rude including THE MANAGER on shift. The staff asks you whole bunch of questions what why how if you ask them for sleeve, or creamers on side. Even a cup of tap water to lower down hot coffee temp. But she is like no , whats the reason, oh i need to charge you. Manager wants to charge me for hot water. Seriously charge you? I amNot asking for another cup of coffee which has grinds in bottom. Never mind, I am not going to this Tims ever again. If you are expecting good service then go somewhere else."
