Mai do serves the blandest Vietnamese food I have ever eaten Their goi cûon is completely satisfying.
I want to start by saying that I don't have any previous experience with Vietnamese food.
Coming from the states where we have a large population of Vietnamese and being Vietnamese myself I'm spoiled by good pho.
