Called in for a breakfast, didn't realise you have to do that at the food counter as I had never visited before, queued for ages at the till area where they do the tea/ coffee etc , was like watching paint dry , one person dealing with it , when I finally got to the till I was told I needed to order my breakfast at the food counter so had to go back , got that sorted but really think they need to look at the system t... Huge queue, too few staff behind the counter. My food was dry and cold by the time I got to the table. My mum 's sandwich was accompanied by a salad which was wilted and which she described as 'warm '. Poor. View all feedback.
