"Good service and the food was delicious and easily shared. We ate scallops, pork belly then duck, lamb and ocean trout, sides of fries and broccolini. Finished with desserts though very full. Enjoyed the Prosecco and a lovely Shiraz. Definitely recommend and will be back."

"I am a bit disappointed with the resturant, as people want to try Afghan food and Afghan flavours and the name of the restaurant Afghan flavours should be changed to Indian flavours, if I want to eat Indian food, I would go to Indian restaurant next door, the menu says Afghan Butter Chicken. First thing, there is no such dish as Afghan butter chicken, and my son ordered it and it was the worst dish ever,it was more like honey chicken, as an Entrè we ordered thinking it would be Afghan Sambosa, but it turned out to be Indian Samosa and it was not nice at all very dry, when are Afghans going to introduce their own traditional dishes, sick of seeing Indian dishes in their menu and making fool of people, Garlic Naan once again Indian bread."

"I love this place. Their Vietnamese chicken schnitzel banh mi is delicious. Their salads are huge and amazing value, packed full of yummy things. Anything with the sweet potato pattie in it is good. The veggie burger is amazing as well, almost bursting at the seams with a range of veggies, haloumi and sweet potato.<br/ <br/ After trying sandwich shops and cafes in this area searching for somewhere that is delicious, reasonably priced and within a quick walk from my work this place has taken the cake. <br/ <br/ Another thing that separates these guys from the other lunch joints in the area is how nice the staff are. <br/ <br/ Check City Edge out you won't regret it."

"Was out in town with friends after a very late seminar, one friend recommends his favourite place not far from UNSW. IMHO this place has a humble appearance, but extremely friendly and quick service. PS: even if you see plenty of tables available, wait to be seated; we were warned : -PBeing not too hungry but wanting to try something special, I ordered their house special menu. I forgot the name, but there were only two signature dishes on the menu, and I ordered the complete one. It's like a curry udon, Japanese style, with poach egg and slices of beef and pork meat. However it's rather heavy for late dinner, looking at the menu, I would recommend coming here for lunch or a proper portion dinner.Simple decoration, clean and friendly staff, are a great complement to the dish to have a lovely dining experience here. One sour note, though, they don't have many drinks to offer, mostly canned drinks. If you just want a tap water, it's available near the cashier, help yourself."

"Actual rating 3.5/5. The chicken thigh is a must order! It was very yummy. The satay chicken, however, had a bit too much “grilled” ness for my liking. The curry was also very enjoyable and not spicy at all."
