"Follow up review: despite a disappointing experience in the restaurant as noted below, Mike (owner) had sent us a follow up message to apologise and offered for damage control. To which, we really appreciate.<br>

My expectation for good restaurant would entails good food, lovely atmosphere, and thoughtful service. This Farmhouse is a very small restaurant, with only one long table available for everyone to share. Not much privacy. Jazz and candle helped with the atmosphere. <br>

At booking, I was told there will be candle prepared for birthday man. Not only they completely forgot, but when I mentioned to them in the end, no signs of genuine sorry was seen, it was a "oh I am sorry, it is $144 please". Terrible service. <br>

Entry was really lovely, main course was large, tasted ok, lots of fish bone, small but still quite unpleasant, and dessert was creative, can't say it was good.<br>
<br>
Overall, will never come back here for another celebration or anything."

"The milk bun with bacon and egg was incredible. The bun was so light it was really just a vector for ingesting yummy bacon and egg and the mayo had a nice heat and just added to the whole experience. Coffee was delicious. I love the way they used the wall opposite in the alleyway for street art and then repeated the motif on the pillar inside the bar area."

"Best Indo restaurant in Sydney, get the combination of nasi uduk (coconut rice), ayam bakar (marinated chicken), and kangkung balacan or sayur asam. Eat everything with their signature sambal and it will satify your craving for Indo food. I hope the ayam goreng to be more savory though, but other than that it's a pleasant experience food."

"Manpuku on Anzac parade is a must visit ramen restaurant! The food is so tasteful, hot and worth the wait! If you want to have dinner here, be sure to arrive early (before 6:00pm) otherwise.. After I...ordered my dinner, I got my ramen 10 minutes after ordering and following this was my Japanese gyoza The eating seating area is pretty small but a comfortable fit The staff are polite and welcoming to all customers. Jazzy music in the restaurant helps set the mood The food here is beautiful AND VERY FILLING!"
