The Chicago Hotdog and Cheese Curds are my favorite meal and of course the chocolate Custard, but the staff is especially the older lady Linda who cleanses the dining room and takes your tray for you and Amanda who works the front thek are both the hardest workers, the most friendly and the best part of Freddy's in Kingsport from the day of their opening and are the biggest reason we eat city employees. Ordered 2 hot dogs with cheese sauce only?buns were stale and hard as a rock. Dogs weren?t inside the buns, and cheese sauce were in separate containers, not on the dogs. The wait for this was over 15 minutes?.terrible. View all feedback.
Freddy’s always has great food and amazing service!! I love seeing Emma Frazier when I stop by. She’s the best!!

Me and my went here for the first time the food was great the atmosphere was amazing. Emma was our Cashier and she was so kind and happy to be around will be going again!
We used to love getting food from here. However, our last time, the order was all wrong. When I called to let them know about the errors, they took my necessary information, and guaranteed that I would receive coupon compensation for the missing and wrong items. It’s been 3 weeks, and I have received NOTHING. We’ll never go back. Clearly they can’ no longer get orders correct nor honor their own promises.
I absolutely love Freddy's and so does my family! When you want a real burger that melts in your mouth, hold on im drooling, come to this place! Also, for a burger, fries, and a drink, it's around $10. It is cheaper for my family to eat here than McDonald's!!
